CONFLICT MEDIATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
UNDER all circumstanstances, love and togetherness shall be the all-embracing and all-encompassing bonds that hold us together and these qualities will take unwavering pre-eminence in our daily affairs.
All disputes, differences, disagreements, misunderstanding, complaints, grievances, misconducts and conflicts must be resolved amicably and internally without animosity, hostility, blackmail or recourse to a third party.
On any issue, any attempt to involve or report to a third party shall result in instant excommunication of that member from the Association and the forefeiture of all benefits, priviledges, investments, shareholdings, rights and entitlements.
Past life issues, whether personal or domestic, marital infidelity, relationship challenges, et cetera must not be used to tarnish, mock or blackmail any member. The founding principles of FLAT must apply in active response to members' relationships without escalation.
